Welcome to Industry Plant by @AutoPaybump (the "Store"). We are committed to getting your physical survival gear, custom apparel, and manufactured validation tools processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand our timelines, rates, and terms.

1. Order Processing Times

  • The Groundhog Day Exception: While we strive to avoid systemic delays, high-volume periods or custom print runs may slightly alter this window. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your package escapes our fulfillment facility.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Please verify your delivery coordinates before executing your checkout.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options to deliver your gear straight to your designated bunker or office cubicle:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers in [3–7] business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers in [1–2] business days after processing.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

3. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We ship globally to help workers everywhere plan their strategic corporate exits.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Industry Plant by @AutoPaybump is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs clearance fees, import duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Delays: We cannot control or predict delays caused by national customs screening processes.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to populate on the carrier's portal.

If you haven’t received your order within [Insert Total Days, e.g., 10] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to our shipping carriers, legal possession of the item transfers to the carrier and the buyer.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please document the packaging and contents immediately and contact us with photos so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

  • Stolen/Missing Deliveries: If your tracking status states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with your neighbors or local carrier branch. We are not responsible for packages stolen after verified delivery.

6. "Return to Sender" & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient address, failure to claim, or refusal to pay local customs fees:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to a corrected address.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
